COVID Information

New COVID regulations announced September 1st require that guests at weddings provide EITHER: 1. *Photo ID* + proof of double vaccination completed at least 14 days prior OR 2. *Photo ID* + Proof of a negative COVID test taken within 48 hours of the wedding. ********** As a result, we request that guests arrive early with these documents to allow enough time to be registered and seated before the ceremony at 3:00pm. Bartenders will be arriving at 2:00pm to start checking these documents. ********** We request that all guests remain respectful of the bartender completing these checks. This is all new to them, they are following government guidelines and after the checks are complete we can start to celebrate!! (Also keep in mind they're the person serving you alcohol for the rest of the night... :P)

*Remember that you must have completed both vaccinations more than 2 weeks before the wedding or you must complete the rapid swab.* Check "I have read and understand the terms of use" and continue, then you will be prompted to enter your health card information to receive your PDF vaccination verification. You can show the mobile version of this document the day of, just make sure it is clear and the name on the document matches your ID. OR You can print the pdf version of the document to have available the day of

Book Appointments at

Shoppers Drug Mart - book appointments 10 days to 1 week in advance to ensure you appointment. Zehrs on Claire Rd. also provides rapid testing and appts can be booked now by calling (519) 836-4581 and speaking with the pharmacist. Appts should be made Thursday evening, anytime Friday, or Saturday morning to ensure they are completed within the 48 hour window fo the wedding. Results are returned within 30 min.
