Trip was practically a brother to me in highschool and the reason I know Lelia. For a few summers, I stayed at his house more than my own. Many nights filled with Need For Speed: Underground on his Playstation and going to car meets on the weekends. I didn't have my license when we first met so I would ride the 2 miles on my bike to his house every day after school. I regularly make it up to Mississippi to visit him and Lelia's family and can always pick up where we left off.

Growing up with nothing but brothers you just wait for the day they finally give you a sister. Hoping that you both get along and can enjoy planning family trips. I got lucky that not only do I love her but she keeps us all laughing and is always up for a vacation!

Jared and I had the typical sibling relationship when we were younger. Constantly bickering and pissing each other off. He was still the cool bigger brother though and I was lucky he let me hang out with him and his friends as much as he did. As we've grown I've learned how brotherhood is one of the greatest relationships you can share. He's become a friend, a mentor, and more to me over the years. Even in Hawaii, we're able to talk on a daily basis.

I met Zak at Central Christian Church more than 10 years ago. He was among the group of friends that I spent the majority of my time with after highschool. Although he was younger than us he was an athletic freak and could make any of us look bad on the basketball court or football field. Me and Zak attempted to reboot our pro skateboarding careers together but fell short of qualifying for the X-Games. I've worked with Zak for more than 7 years now and have been roommates with him 3 different times...at the same house.

Making friends in first grade is easy. Keeping those friends for over twenty years, not so much. It hasn't been all peaches but it was worth the memories made and not to mention lessons for when we have kids who "know everything" just like we did! Friends that become family are the best of both worlds.

I met Tyler through a friend in high school and he quickly became one of my closest friends. While I was at Trip's house most days in high school, I was at Tyler's most days during college years. We had shared interests in cars and video games and spent a lot of time playing football and basketball around the neighborhood. Tyler introduced me to Central Christian Church youth group and to the majority of friends I had through college years and to this day. I've worked with him at the same company now for 8 years along with several others I met because of him. He's had been a big influence on me for the last 10-12 years.

When I met Mike, he was the coolest highschooler I knew. While he was a few years younger than the rest of the group at Central Christian Church when we met 10+ years ago, he was a stand out kid with a goofy sense of humor. Mike's house was the go to place for Super Smash Brothers and jam sessions with friends and family. While our taste in music didn't always match, we could always rage at Coheed & Cambria concerts together. He helped me with my very brief attempt at learning guitar, and while that didn't last he is always willing to let me take lead vocals while we rock out in the living room. Mike lives in California but I'm lucky enough to be able to hop on discord and talk vidya any day of the week with him.

Brooke and I met through our then boyfriends who work together. You never expect to make new friends or significant friendships later in life but we are proof that it happens. Regardless of only knowing each other a few years, she has become family.

I met Forrest several years ago when he started working for the company I work for. We ended up working together on the same projects and eventually built a strong friendship. He is an expert conversationist and could talk your ear off, but those conversations led to funny stories, good times, and learning about a lot of shared interests, including but not limited to underground rap music and constantly tinkering with cars/trucks. Forrest's house ended up being the go to spot for beers after work and he was the coordinator for all fishing and camping trips from then on.
