Yes! We’ll have a shuttle picking up guests and taking them from the Fairfield and Holiday Inn listed on our website to the venue before the ceremony, and the shuttle will provide a ride back to the hotels after the reception. Pick up from the hotels is set for 3:30PM and departure from the venue will be at approximately 11PM.
For those not taking our shuttle, we recommend arriving 15 - 30 minutes before the ceremony starts, as we’ll begin promptly at 4:30. Please check the schedule on the website for more details.
Our ceremony will take place outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of The Acreage. If the weather is unpredictable, we have a backup plan, but we’re hoping for beautiful weather to celebrate together under the open sky!
Their parking lot has room for everyone! Be sure to arrive early to take a moment to visit our “parking attendants” (horses) on your walk to the venue and ceremony site. There can be NO parking on L road.
Only the guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. Please refer to your invitation or RSVP, as we have noted "Guest" for those receiving a plus one.
Yes! We’re excited to offer an open bar for our guests to enjoy throughout the evening. Whether you're into cocktails, beer, wine, or non-alcoholic beverages, there will be something for everyone to sip and enjoy! While the drinks are on us, please remember to show some love to our amazing bartenders if you can.
Uber does serve The Acreage/Palmyra, but only if scheduled in advance. We recommend scheduling your uber as soon as you have an idea of when you plan to come and go. As a reminder, the venue closes at 11 p.m, so schedule accordingly.
