When is the reception?

There will be a casual reception for our close family and friends in Buffalo, New York on October 14th at Sheridan Park Fire Hall at 5pm.

How casual is the reception?

Answer

As casual as you like, however you may feel funny in sweatpants as Lelan and Merissa will be in full wedding attire. Wear what you are comfortable being photographed in.

Am I invited to the reception?

Answer

You should have received a red and black plaid invitation back in March if you were on our guest list. If you moved, or may have lost that invitation and are unsure if you're invited please reach out to Merissa or Lelan as soon as possible to avoid any confusion.

Who's invited to Vegas?

Answer

Everyone! However, our venue is extremely small and will only fit our closest family for the ceremony. We're looking forward to partying on the strip with everyone who can make it after our nuptials!

How many people can sit in the chapel?

Answer

The chapel capacity is 30 MAX, including the Bride and Groom and Wedding Party. Seating is reserved for immediate family first, and is already accounted for until further notice. Please do not expect to see the wedding in person. Guests are welcome to watch the livestream of the event, and wait outside the venue for the newlyweds exit.

What if I can't make it to Vegas?

Answer

No worries! The ceremony will be livestreamed, and we're having a casual reception in Buffalo shortly after we get home from Las Vegas.

Which hotel should I stay at?

Answer

All guests are welcome to make the accommodations that suit them best. However, if you'd like to be at the same hotel as Merissa, she and the majority of the wedding party will be staying at New York New York Hotel and Casino. Lelan and the groomsmen will be staying at Desert Rose Resort.

When is the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at Graceland Wedding Chapel at 4:00 PM sharp (Las Vegas Time) and will be livestreamed.

Is the ceremony “unplugged”?

Answer

Yes! Photography of any kind is strictly prohibited in the chapel. Graceland Wedding Chapel provides a photographer for our ceremony package, as well as live-streaming the event for us and they do not allow us to take other pictures inside during that time.
