Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are politely declining kids at the reception and ceremony. If child care is the reason you would not attend, we are more than happy to provide a babysitter for the time of the event. Please just communicate with us. :) Children are welcome at the Welcome Event on Friday!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

To ensure that all our friends and family are able to attend, as we are limited on the amount of guests we can have by our venue, we kindly ask that there are no additional guests beyond the names on the invite.

I have dietary restrictions and/or allergies? Can I make a special request?

Answer

Our menu will be very vegetarian friendly. We will be doing a buffet, so you will be able to select what you want to put on your plate. Please let us know if you have a specific need, ie gluten free or vegan along with your RSVP and will be sure to work with our caterer to ensure you are able to enjoy dinner.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want all our guests to be comfortable. This event is semi-formal, so feel free to wear whatever that looks and feels like to you. We politely ask that we reserve the light purple/lilac color for the wedding party and family.

What will the weather be?

Answer

BE PREPARED FOR RAIN AND SNOW. Colorado weather can be unpredictable and can change from a summer day to snowing in just a couple of hours. April is an unpredictable month, so pack and dress accordingly. That being said, the event is entirely indoors and there is a coat rack at the entrance to the venue.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes! There is a full parking lot directly across from the venue free of charge.
