This is one of our all-time favorite restaurants! It has authentic Laotian cuisine as well as more Asian Fusion inspired dishes. It is perfect for family style meals to try many different things. ***Gai Noi serves the community on a walk-in basis and does not accept reservations. They do require every member of the party to be present in order to be seated.***
Food - Rosalia Pizza Northeast
Rosalia serves wood-fired, Neapolitan-style pizzas, featuring a thin and chewy crust. It is available for reservations or take-out. It is super close to the venue and the hotels listed on our wedding website!
Food - Uncle Franky's
Frankie and I visited this place with friends and it has become a personal fav of Frankie's, (and not just because of the name)! "From grill’n burgs to roast’n weens, we cram a lot into this little red building. There’s always something cooking, so get down here and check it out!"
Uncommon Grounds Coffeehouse
Frankie and I have been on many dates here. Their chai is award winning and the most delicious I have ever had. Occupying the only house on the block in Uptown Minneapolis, Uncommon Grounds provides unique ambiance in an elegantly renovated Victorian country home from 1877.
Lyndale Park Rose Garden / Lake Harriet
This park is where we took our engagement photos! It is my favorite spot for a picnic, to look at the beautiful flowers, and to walk around Lake Harriet. We highly recommend visiting if the weather permits!
Minneapolis Institute of Art
One of our favorite museums. They often change up the exhibits so it is always exciting going to visit! This is in the Uptown Area of Minneapolis which also has many delicious restaurants nearby.
Mall of America®
For our out of town guests. One of the area's top attractions, Mall of America offers shopping, dining, and entertainment- all under one roof. It is a short drive away from the twin cities.
