Question

What are the COVID-19 precautions?

Answer

For the health and comfort of all of our friends and family, we ask that all eligible individuals be fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19 in order to attend our wedding. We have also partnered with a professional service to arrange testing of ALL guests upon arrival using the 10 minute CareStart COVID-19 antigen test (https://www.fda.gov/media/142919/download). Please be prepared to receive a COVID-19 test upon arrival. The decision to wear a mask is up to each individual. Finally, the wedding ceremony will be outdoors, and the reception and celebration will be both indoors and outdoors.

Question

What time is the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 pm. We encourage you to arrive at 4:00 pm to be dropped off by your rideshare or for the valet, to take the rapid COVID-19 test, and to find seating.

Question

What time is the reception?

Answer

Post-ceremony festivities, including cocktails, dinner, music, and dancing, begin at 5:00 p.m.!

Question

What is the best form of transportation to the wedding?

Answer

There is no available self-parking. We encourage you to use Lyft or another rideshare service. If you use LYFT, we are covering the first $100 of your Lyft ride to our wedding! Please use code: LEILEIANDMARTIN. For convenience, a valet service will also be available for those arriving in their own car.

Question

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Both San Francisco International Airport (SFO) and San Jose International Airport (SJC) are excellent options to fly into. If you want to spend some free time in the city during the three day weekend, SFO may make more sense. For a seamless, quick in and out, SJC is extremely convenient.

Question

I'm coming from out of town. Where should I look for places to stay?

Answer

Our wedding is in Woodside, California (zip code 94062). Adjacent and surrounding towns to stay in include Menlo Park, Palo Alto, Atherton, and Redwood City. We are also just a 35 minute drive to San Francisco, CA for those who would like to enjoy the city! There are wonderful AirBnBs and hotels at every price point available throughout the area. If you need help of any kind with a place to stay, please reach out to either Leilei or Martin!

Question

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will accommodate kids. The later evening will transform into more of a speakeasy, whiskey bar, and dance floor adult vibe. Please send either Martin or Leilei a note to add your kids your RSVP!
