1. To ensure the safety and comfort of all guests we WILL require masks. They will only be allowed off during the processional and when eating. They will not be provided so please remember to bring your own. 2. To take precautionary measures with Covid, we are not allowing plus ones. Please understand we will only be prepared for the people who’s names are on the RSVP. Thank you for your understanding. 3. Please practice social distancing. We will have wristbands upon entry that will allow others to know how to interact with you. White - Okay with hugs and interacting Gold - Okay with talking but no touching Black - Will kindly wave from 6ft apart. Practicing social distancing. 4. Small Germ X bottles will be passed out for your connivence. 5. The reception will be held in an open tent with distanced tables inside and more separated tables outdoors. There will be no assigned seating to tables so you may choose where you feel most comfortable.
To be able to have our photographer take the best photos possible, please hold off from snapping your own photos as the wedding party walks down the aisle during the processional, while we exit the ceremony, and our send off. We will provide a link to all the professional photos taken by our photographers. We would not want our photos to be ruined by devices in front of your faces instead of being able to see you guys in them. During the reception you can take all the photos you desire. Our ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Come in dressy casual but make sure your shoes are comfortable to walk around in. We would discourage from wearing heels.
We understand that sometimes wanting to travel but having pets is difficult. If your dog is well behaved and gets along with other dogs, get in contact with us and we will talk about bringing your pet to the wedding!
