What time should I arrive to the ring ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at 5:00 pm for the ring ceremony. The reception portion will be held at 6:00 pm.

We kindly ask our guests to wear Formal Attire.

Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. We might have guest step out while we rearrange the reception area but it will most likely be inside! Our lovely wedding party will direct you where to go.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

October in Utah can be tricky! Might be not too hot or too cold, we suggest bringing a light sweater or jacket. Especially for those bringing dresses or short sleeves!

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes! There are about 40 spots at the venue but you can also park at the church in front of the building. Don't worry, the church is aware of event parking!

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Absolutely! We would love to have your little ones there. We kindly ask you to help us avoid them wandering off or going up the stairs near the right side of the venue. There will be a couple of dances throughout the reception, please help us keep the little ones seated during these moments!

What type of food and drinks will be served during the reception?

Answer

Food will be provided by Roll Up Crepes We will also have cake! We will have a variety of drinks available. Such as sodas, water, and lemonade. Please no alcohol during the event, thank you!

I have dietary restrictions/allergies. What's the best way to let you know?

Answer

We included a section in the Save the Date RSVP. However, if you didn’t get the chance to write it there, just let Leilani 801-800-1678 know!

Should I bring cash?

Answer

You don't have you! We will have a card box available at the venue alongside a cash fund. You are more than welcome to bring cash but it's completely optional.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony/reception to post on social media?

Answer

Absolutely! We want to see all the photos! Please use #MrandMrsHutchi! You can also tag us on our socials! Please refrain from using harsh flashes! We have our photographer and videographer working all throughout the event and we want to help avoid any issues with the photos.

What's the best way to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Please RSVP on our website. The deadline is Oct 13th.

Do you have a wedding registry and/or can I bring a gift to the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding registry is located on our website. You are welcome to bring physical gifts to our wedding! There will be a gift table to your left by the sign-in table.

Our reception will conclude at 10:30 pm. We will hold a send-off at that time. If you need to leave earlier, we completely understand!
