I(Leilani) was driving my old 4Runner to Albertsons with an old friend when he saw Corey sitting outside of Juice It Up, sharing a pizza with a friend. As we drove by, my friend had yelled “Corey!!”, to say hi. I didn’t know Corey at the time, so I asked who he was and my friend told me, “We’ll go say hi and you’ll meet him,” so we did just that. We ended up all hanging out with each other for the rest of the day. After Corey left, I asked my friend to text him and see if he would want to do something the next day, the three of us. When we met up the next day, I had asked Corey for his number so that we could get together, just the two of us. And we’ve been together ever since.

We were staying in Las Vegas for our anniversary of 5 years being together. We bought tickets to the go to the top of the Stratosphere on the 3rd of July, so we could see basically all of Vegas from 1,149 feet in the air. When we got up to the top we wanted to take some pictures, so Corey had asked a random guy to ask to take some for us, and secretly asked him to take a video. As we’re posing for pictures Corey gets down on one knee and pops the question!!!
