Our ceremony will start at 4:30 pm! Please arrive 30 minutes early to walk to the ceremony location and find seats.
For guests staying at the Wingate by Wyndham and Holiday Inn Express, transportation will be provided to and from the wedding venue and after party. Buses will arrive at both hotels at 3:15 pm and depart for the venue at 3:25 pm. At the end of the evening, buses will return guests to the hotels at approximately 9:00 pm and again when the wedding ends at 10:00 pm. A separate bus will depart for the after party at 10:00 pm. A bus from the after party to the hotels will be available at 12:15 am, with the final departure at 1:15 am.
Dress code is formal. We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up! We ask that men wear a suit & tie or nice button-down shirt with slacks (no jeans please!) and ladies wear a midi-length or floor-length dress.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The ceremony will be on grass so make sure to wear appropriate shoes! The reception will be under a tent. In the event of rain, all events will be held under the tent.
Yes! There is a designated parking lot at the venue. Please follow signs to the Bohemia Overlook Manor venue parking area. You are welcome to park at the venue and leave your vehicle overnight. Pickup will be on Sunday, May 31, from 10 am - 11 am. All cars must be picked up by 11 am.
