Shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at the hotels where we have reserved room blocks. For guests staying at Miraval, the ceremony and reception sites are within a short walking distance (about 2 minutes), or you may request golf cart service.
For our welcome party on Friday night we ask that you please dress in Cocktail attire - Gentlemen, think sport coats, slacks, suits (no tie required). Ladies, a cocktail dress, jumpsuit or dressy separates are perfect. For our wedding day on Saturday the attire is creative black tie. Gentlemen, tuxedos are preferred. Ladies, an evening gown or ball gown is perfect. Please see our attire tab for further inspiration, we want everybody to be creative and have fun with it given the season!
Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.
We are happy to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please inform us in the space provided on your RSVP.
The ceremony is planned to be held outdoors, weather permitting. The cocktail hour will be held both indoors and outdoors. The reception will take place inside the ballroom. Since the Berkshires can be chilly in late October, we advise dressing accordingly for the outdoor portions of the day.
While we love your children, the reception will be an adults-only event, allowing all parents a night off to celebrate with us!
