What is the weather going to be like in July in Washington?

Answer

Hot. Although we are in the Pacific Northwest, our summers have been getting warmer and warmer every year. We're looking at mid-80's to mid-90's for our big day. We will be in higher elevation, so there will be a nice breeze, but if it is too hot, or if it does start raining, we do have a Plan B.

Will I be able to Uber or Lyft from a nearby hotel to the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately at this time Uber nor Lyft are available in the Woodland area. We will be keeping an eye on this feature should changes occur and keep you posted.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Leila and Chelsey are requesting their guests appease to a semi-formal attire for their big day. Please no jeans or shorts. "Semi-formal attire, also commonly referred to as cocktail attire, falls in the middle between casual and formal on the formality scale. For semi-formal weddings, focus on ensembles that are nice and put-together, but avoid going over the top." Ensemble: Suit (button down shirt, dinner jacket, dress pants), cocktail dress (knee-length), midi dress, dressy jumpsuit Shoes: Dress shoes, heels, kitten heels (we had to look that one up), and dressy flats Accessories: Tie optional, complimentary jewelry, purse or clutch

Open bar?

Answer

Yes and no. Yes, there will be open bar, however top shelf liquor is not provided. Should we reach our limit of open bar drinks, then drinks will have to be purchased.
