Things To Do

RoosRoast Liberty

117 East Liberty Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

A great local coffee shop in downtown Ann Arbor. It is one of our favorites!

Avalon Cafe and Kitchen

224 South Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

One of our favorite places to get breakfast. We often go here for birthdays, anniversaries, and other special events.

The Jefferson Market

609 West Jefferson Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48103

Another breakfast/lunch favorite. Everything is made in house (it is sometimes difficult to find seating).

Sadako Japanese Restaurant

1321 South University Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

Our favorite sushi restaurant in the area. We got Sushi for our first date (this is not where we went, but we like it better).

Salt Springs Brewery

117 South Ann Arbor Street, Saline, MI 48176

Salt Springs Brewery uses local ingredients for their food, they make their own beer, and they use local spirits for their craft cocktails. It is located in an old church and the interior is beautiful!

Brewed Awakenings Cafe

7025 East Michigan Avenue, Saline, MI 48176

While we have not been here, it has been highly recommended to us.

Ann Arbor Distilling Company

220 Felch Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48103

A great outdoor environment with seasonal craft cocktails.

University of Michigan Museum of Natural History

1105 North University Avenue, Ann Arbor, MI 48109

University of Michigan Museum of Art

525 South State Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48109

Matthaei Botanical Gardens

1800 North Dixboro Road, Ann Arbor, MI 48105

A little bit out of the way, but a beautiful place to visit.

Kerrytown, Farmers Market, Artisan Market

315 Detroit Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104

The Kerrytown neighborhood has many cute shops and places to eat. The local farmers market is Saturday morning 7am-3pm, and the artisan market is Sunday morning 11am-4pm.
