Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you please let us know if you can or cannot make it by August 15th! If we do not hear from you by then, we will be considering you not attending. Due to seating and food, we must have exact numbers to give our venue and our caterers.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you have a plus-one, their name will be included on the RSVP portion of your invite. We ask that if your invite does not specify this that you do not bring any additional people with you as we will not be able to necessarily accommodate for them (seating, food). Please let us know if you have any questions!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Similar to plus ones, we will also signify if your child is invited by including them on the RSVP portion of your invite. Again, we ask that if your child's name is not on the included, that they do not come with you as we will not necessarily be able to accommodate them based on venue and food reasonings. We appreciate your understanding, and if you have any questions, please reach out to us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that all of our guest arrive 30-15 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure all our favorite people are seated and ready to go for when the ceremony begins!

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We would love to see all of our guests look their best on our big day! Semi-formal or cocktail attire (no jeans please) of any color (other than white) will do!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a parking lot in front of The Hidden Acre that may be used by our guests. When the parking lot becomes full, guests can park along the gravel road that connects to the parking lot as well.

Will you provide transportation to and from the venue?
Answer
Yes! We have enlisted the help of some of Tailyn’s brother’s friends to provide rides for the evening! Please do use them as we want everyone to have a fun and safe night! As for your cars, you can leave them at the Hidden Acre overnight, but they must be picked up by 11 AM the following day! Also note that your drivers for the night, Cole and Gracie, will be charging $25 a ride (practically an Uber ride but from people we know!)

When will the bar open? Can I bring my own alcohol?
Answer
The bar will open right after the wedding ceremony to kick of cocktail hour. We ask that you refrain from drinking at the bar until the bar is ready to be open. As for bringing in outside alcohol, that is a big NO. If outside alcohol is brought in, that will result in us being fined, so please do not bring any alcohol of your own onto the premise.

Please be sure to bring cash with you if you don't have a form of online payment if you plan on using our designated transportation people! As for bar information, cocktail hour is on us so we can get the party started (with limited drinking options). Once we are out of these drinks, we will be switching it over to a cash bar.
