Question

When should guests R.S.V.P.?

Answer

We kindly ask that you respond by April 28th, 2023 on our RSVP page: https://www.zola.com/wedding/leightonandhugo/rsvp

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire (suit & tie for the guys; cocktail dresses or jumpsuits for the ladies). Since our mountainside wedding is outdoors, comfortable shoes are encouraged!

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will be held outdoors. In case of inclement weather, we will move the party inside of the barn at Oakleaf Cottage!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

With its location on the side of Lookout Mountain, our venue is unable to accommodate children under the age of 12. Children not yet old enough to walk without assistance (i.e. infants) are exempt from this policy of the venue.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Hotel options in Trenton are limited, but there are many more options in Chattanooga, including: - Residence Inn by Marriott Chattanooga Downtown - Courtyard By Marriott Chattanooga Downtown - Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chattanooga-Lookout Mountain. To book any of the above hotels at a discounted rate, or to browse more options, please visit: https://zola.hotelplanner.com/122903969/EventPage7132796

Question

Are there other wedding weekend events guests can attend?

Answer

Yes! We'll be posted up at OddStory Brewing Co. in Chattanooga the night before the wedding, and we'd love to see you if you're in town by then. You can find more information on the schedule page.

Question

Are guests allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue's space limits, we aren't able to allow all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. Therefore, we kindly asks our guests please not bring a plus one, unless they are specifically named on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Question

What time should guests arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. Please arrive 15-20 minutes earlier to allow enough time for parking and taking the venue's shuttle from the parking lot up to our mountainside ceremony site.
