When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by Saturday 19th July so we can have an accurate head count.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Unfortunately, we ask that only those listed on the invite attend. Thank you for understanding, we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off, so adults only please.

Where should I park?

Answer

If you are driving to the venue, once you arrive, you will go down the driveway towards the main building. You will come to an open area, keep driving to the right of the building, this is where you will find parking.

Can I smoke?

Answer

As Cave Hill Creek is also used for children's camps, there will be a designated area for smoking. Please respect this or you will be asked to put it out.

Is the Ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Pending the weather, the Ceremony will be held outdoors. The area is grassed and on a bit of a hill. If the weather is against us, the Ceremony will be moved indoors.

What should I wear?

Answer

As our wedding is in Winter, we encourage people to take this into account when selecting their outfit. Please however, ensure it is of Semi Formal nature. Please consider your footwear as there will be grass and chip bark you will be required to walk on (stilettos not recommended).

Is it okay to take pictures with our phones and cameras during the wedding?

Answer

Please no photos during the ceremony! The photographer is brilliant and costs just as much! Let's let them do their job. We would love for you to take photos after the ceremony and throughout reception time. We will have a QR code to scan to upload all of your pictures so we can see them the following day or add them right here on the wedding website.

What accommodation is there? Can I bring my caravan?

Answer

Accommodation available is dorm style shared rooms (please see Accommodation section for more information). Cave Hill advise they are unable to accommodate caravans (with the exception of the Bridal Party).
