If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance. Thank you for understanding!
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like.
Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you! If you are 21+ please remember to bring your ID with you as you may be required to show it at the bar
Yes, the sun will (hopefully) be shining in sunny Florida. The ceremony & cocktail hour will be held outside with an indoor reception. Please make sure to dress appropriately & to stay hydrated throughout the day!
On the wedding day, all wedding guests will utilize our scheduled Omni Shuttles. Guests that are staying at the resort will head to the Conference Center Shuttle pick up where the shuttles will take you to Walkers Landing. There is no parking available at Walkers Landing. Shuttles will begin 45 minutes prior to ceremony start time and will continuously run every 15 minutes until the start of ceremony. Transportation will be provided at the end of the night back to your vehicles & hotel. Guests that are not staying on property -when you arrive at the security gate, please reference “Beck & Rooney Wedding” and then park in the parking garage located off Beach Walker Rd. You can then head to the Conference Center Shuttle pick up where the shuttles will take you to Walkers Landing. At the end of the night, shuttles will bring all guests back to the Conference Center where you can get your car or return to the resort.
