4:15 pm - 5:30 pm
Between rock formations, a mountain stream, and evergreens, we invite you to breathe in the tranquility and magnify the sharing of our vows with your heart-warming presence. Please plan on parking at the Della Terra at 4:15pm. Upon arriving, you'll be led to the welcome table on the terrace to write a few sentences that impart wisdom and/or well-wishes to us, on a mosaic planter, that will be incorporated in the ceremony. At 4:45pm, you'll be guided to the ceremony site. Feel free to prepare beforehand and arrive on time so that this process is completed before the procession begins at 5pm, thank you! 5:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Cocktail hour and reception will directly follow the ceremony, and we’re excited to celebrate with you! Attire is formal, and feel free to have fun with your outfit with a pop of vibrant color, using the image on the schedule page as inspiration. Formal attire: Save your t-shirts, flip flops, and jeans for the kick-back and get ready to look fly! All of the following will work for this event: a dress, pant-suit, tux, blazer and nice shirt & pants, or a suit & tie. The event is 21+, but infants are welcome. We recommend care.com if you need to find a sitter for the evening. The reception is indoors, but it’s always good to have a warm coat with you in the mountains after the sun goes down. 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm
We’re thrilled to get to have some relaxation time with everyone on Saturday on the glorious Lake Estes. This reunion-style kick-back is designed for the whole family and there will be games, arts/crafts, and nearby boat rental that all ages can enjoy.
The Town of Estes is a lovely lake-side walk away, and the after-party crew will venture to the local bars there to cap the night. Come one, come all! The adjacent Cutthroat Trout and Rainbow Trout shelters are ours from 12pm-10pm, and are on the water, directly south of Lake Estes Playground. We'll have plenty of shade and seating (but if you're a local, feel free to bring your favorite camping chair or blanket for the grass). Parking, the playground, restrooms, and the marina are a stone’s throw away. Food and both nonalcoholic & alcoholic beverages will be available the whole day/evening. We'll be wading & splashing on the water’s edge, but swimming is not allowed by the park due to cold temperatures. Mountain weather is typically warm during the day with sometimes chilly temperatures in the evening, so bring a range of summer-winter clothing. Can't wait to kick back and enjoy each other!
