The most charming parts of the cities are in the Kingfield or Linden Hills Neighborhoods (near Lake Harriet) in Minneapolis, or in the Summit/Ramsey/Crocus Hill Neighborhoods in St. Paul. For more active arts, culture, and nightlife scenes, seek out Uptown and Downtown Minneapolis. If cozy and quiet is your preference, seek out Saint Paul.
