It was November of 2020 in Medical Assistant class, both of them not looking for anything serious. For Leigha it was immediate, she knew Drew would be a huge part in her life. The second she saw Drew walk through the door, she leaned over to her table mate, Campbell, and said "Watch... I'm going to marry him." Leigha kept seeing him walk in every day around 11:45 am ... late I might add... and with no hesitation she calls out his name "Hey Drew!!" he then replies, "Hey Gorgeous!!" the whole class goes silent and is staring at the both of them in awe. A few days go by, and their teacher decides to aid with their relationship and puts them as lab partners, it is going so very well. That leads to constant conversation and getting each other's number. Flash forward to January 2021, things are getting very real and Leigha invites Drew over to take snow pictures and meet her family. Drew on the other hand had other plans for this meet up, He asked her Dad (Walter) if he could start dating her! how sweet!! Leigha did not know this, and February 5th rolls around and Drew knew that Leigha was obsessed with this Italian ice place and took her there where he asked her to be his girlfriend. Leigha obviously said of course and sealed it with a sweet kiss! and their story keeps growing with love and joy every day.
