Where is The Waterhouse Located?

Answer

The Waterhouse is located inside the Maxam Building on the second floor. The address is 316 SW Washington St, Peoria IL (Google maps offers directions if you search The Waterhouse). Upon entering the maxam building, there are elevators on your left after walking straight through the lobby. When you walk out of the elevator, the ceremony room (The Washington Room) will be located straight back. The reception room (The Distillery Room) will be located on your left.

Free parking is available in the lot across from the Maxam Building, off of SW Washington St.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Our hotel block is at The Quality Inn and Suites. The address is 4112 N Brandywine Dr. Peoria IL. You must call to make a reservation in the wedding block at 309-685-2556.

When do i need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 25th by mailing in your RSVP card. This will allow us time to make final arrangements with dinner selections and seating.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests will be able to begin taking their seats at 3:30pm, and the ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving a little before 3:30pm to allow time to locate the venue, park, and find your way to the ceremony room.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a cocktail hour held in the reception room following the ceremony. The reception room is down the hall from the ceremony room (it is directly to your left when you are getting off the elevator when you arrive). Feel free to mingle and partake in drinks, horderves, and the photobooth while you wait for the reception to begin! Reception is expected to begin at 6:00pm.

Will there be transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

There will be a shuttle van that may provide transportation from the Quality Inn and Suites to The Waterhouse. Please be advised that the shuttle's main priority is taking hotel guests to/from the airport, so the shuttle will only be available to go to The Waterhouse as long as there are no airport runs at that time. There will also be limited space in the shuttle. There are many other guests that have vehicles that will be able to provide transportation if the shuttle is unavailable. Please get in touch with us if you require transportation.
