Take a stroll through the best park in Boston.

Beacon Hill

One of the oldest parts of the city...quintessential Boston. Great shopping, cafes, restaurants etc.

Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

South End

Take a walk around the South End. Lots of amazing food choices, independent shopping stores and cute cafes (including Cafe Madeleine list on the site or another South End Buttery).

North End

Take a tour of the North End, otherwise known as Boston's own Little Italy. Lots of great Italian places to eat in this area.

Fenway Park

Check out Fenway Park! Bars nearby that we recommend include Yard House, Cornwalls, or Game On.

Blue Hills Reservation

If you are interested in a small hike with great views of Boston, check out Blue Hills. It is only a 20 minute or so drive south from the city.

Salem

If you have time, Salem is a 45 minute drive from North Station or a 30 minutes train ride from North Station (on the Newbury/Rockport commuter rail line) and is an amazing place to check out around Halloween. It is famous for its 1692 witch trials, during which several locals were executed for allegedly practicing witchcraft.

Cafe Madeleine

Best pastries in all of Boston hands down. Get the chocolate chip cookie...you will not be disappointed.

Tatte Bakery & Cafe

Great bakery and cafe with Israeli flare. Try the shakshuka, halva brownies or cherry pistachio tart (but really all is good). Other locations include Beacon Hill and Brookline.

Oleana

One of your favorite restaurants in all of Boston. If you are looking for some amazing middle eastern food, this is your place.

Puritan & Company

Support Danielle's new manager's restaurant (and it also happens it be great!). It serves modern American cuisine & traditional New England dishes for dinner & brunch.

Island Creek Oyster Bar

If you want true New England food, this is your place. The fried oyster sandwiches, lobster roe noodles, burger with fried oyster (Matt believes best in Boston), and the banofee pie are our personal favorites, but you cannot go wrong with anything on the menu.

RUKA

Peruvian-Japanese-Chinese food...sounds weird but trust us...its worth a visit. Located in downtown Boston.

Tavern in the Square

Right near our old apartment in the North End. Great nachos and general pub food.

Bukowski Tavern

All around great bar with great food.

Anchovies

One of our favorite dive bars/ restaurants in the South End. Great Italian food (we recommend any of the pizza or the Italian nachos ...may sound weird but amazing).
