When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVP will be included in the formal invitation. Deadline TBD

What should I wear?

Answer

The attire will be semi-formal but comfortable. We expect everyone to be out on the dance floor a majority of the night!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love spending time with your little ones, this will be an adults only evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 1 PM. Nobody likes tardiness

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Cocktail hour will have some snacks. Dinner will be served at 7pm.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Dinner will be a pasta bar cooked to order. You will be able to customize your dinner. Gluten free pasta will also be available.

Are the ceremony and reception locations wheelchair accessible?

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Certainly. Our block of rooms and hotel information is available under the Travel portion of our website.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony - yes, at the church. For the reception - street parking will be available. We recommend parking at the hotel and walking or taking an Uber.

What time should we get to the reception and what time will the wedding party be there?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 6 PM. The wedding party will arrive at 7 PM. Enjoy a few appetizers and cocktails while you mingle.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Due to the close proximity of the hotel blocks and reception venue, there is no need for pre-arranged transportation. The President Hotel is directly across the street from the venue and the Courtyard Marriott is two blocks south on Baltimore.

What’s the best way to get around downtown

Answer

1. Uber – It’s everywhere these days…Convenient 2. Streetcar – The hotel block and reception venue are conveniently located around the new streetcar. It’s free to ride. 3. Vehicle – there is ample parking downtown – free parking on streets and in some garages.

What should we do between the wedding and the reception

Answer

1. Check in to the hotel. You can find hotel reservation information under the Travel portion of our website. 2. Go to some of our favorite spots to be in the city. You can find out all about them on the Things to Do portion of our website. 3. Blaze a new trail and try something new. Don’t forget to tell us all about it at the reception

Will there be dancing?

Answer

Duh – Check out Lost Wax in advance. Our favorite local band. We are lucky enough to have them join us for some dancing and shenanigans.

How long can we expect the reception to last and is the party over after that?

Answer

We will have the venue until 11 PM and then you all gotta go. The party will likely continue at Power and Light District afterwards. Where? Well that’s a bit unknown at this point in time.

Will there be any activities happening that I need to know about?

Answer

Yes, both Jenn and Brad will be taking off Thursday and Friday prior. While we will be working on last minute details, we may also be trying to have a little fun (shopping, golfing, other shenanigans). We would love to have any of our family and friends around during this time.
