The booking deadline for our room block is January 27, 2026. As availability is limited and this falls at the very beginning of spring break season, we strongly encourage booking early. Located in the heart of downtown Sarasota, this hotel is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and the Sarasota Bay. The hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 3-mile radius—including St. Armands Circle, Lido Beach, and many other great local spots. For added convenience, there’s also an airport shuttle, as well as a shuttle to and from the wedding venue on the night of the event.

It’s within walking distance or a short shuttle ride to the venue, and the hotel offers an airport shuttle for added convenience. If you choose to stay here, we recommend renting a car, as it’s somewhat off the beaten path and a bit removed from downtown Sarasota, the beaches, and areas with restaurants, bars, shops, and cafes.
