We are Getting Married!

It Valentine's Day at Delanie's Coffee Shop. McKenzie was studying for an exam when a man (John) walked in who immediately caught her eye. John got his coffee and sat at the table directly across from her to do some work. Little did McKenzie know; John had noticed her as well. They had followed each other on social media awhile back and had liked each other's posts. "Do I know you?" He asked with social media queued up to show her that they were in fact online acquaintances. They chatted for a bit but ultimately both had to get back to work. Before John left, he stopped by to say goodbye. McKenzie was hoping he would ask for her number... but he did not. So away he went. McKenzie got home and consulted her friends. They came to the conclusion that it is special to meet someone on Valentine's Day at a coffee shop. It felt like fate. McKenzie decided to direct message John on social media. They made plans for their first date and have been together almost every day since! They quickly realized that this relationship was special but after 4.5 years of love, a global pandemic, a move to Virginia, and two major surgeries, Johnathan finally proposed! John had planned for McKenzie's friends and family to be present at her mom's house on her 26th birthday. McKenzie walked into the house after a lovely meal and everyone screamed surprise! McKenzie was confused until she turned around to see Johnathan on one knee. This was the easiest yes of her life!
