The doors to Providence Vineyard open one hour before the ceremony.
Providence Vineyard has a beautiful back patio and vineyard. We invite you to arrive as early at 3:00 p.m. to mingle and take photos. Seating inside the ceremony space will begin at 3:30 p.m. Doors for the ceremony will close promptly at 4:00 p.m.
Ceremony

Formal/Black-Tie event
Unplugged, In Love ceremony. Our ceremony will be held indoors. The doors will close promptly at 4:00 p.m. and re-open when the ceremony concludes around 4:45 p.m.
Cocktail Hour
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Cocktail Hour will be held outside on the back covered patio & vineyard immediately following the ceremony.
The outside bar will open and hors d'oeuvres (Beef Bruschetta, Bacon Wrapped Shrimp, & Mini Brie) will be served at 5:00 p.m. A second open bar will be available inside the venue shortly after the wedding party finishes group photos. We know our bestie October loves to hit us with unpredictable weather. Ladies, please be mindful that if the ground is wet, block heels are your best bet! A coat check will also be available. (This is the part where we don't say it because we love our bestie October and she loves us back... BUT if it happens to be too beautiful and sunny outside, all events can allegedly be moved inside.)
Reception

This event is formal/black-tie optional.
The reception space will open at 6:00 p.m. The bar will close briefly from 6:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. so be sure to snag a drink or two before finding your seat. Dinner will be served at 6:30 p.m. Dance floor will open at 8:00 p.m Late Night Snack at 9:00 p.m. Last Call is at 10:30 p.m. Final Shuttle leaves at 10:45 p.m.

While we hope you enjoy our open bar, Providence Vineyard has a strict no over night parking policy. We encourage any guests without a DD to park at the hotel and take the free shuttle to and from PV, regardless of your plans to stay the night!
