FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

ASAP would be great! Our wedding planner needs a head count for the ceremony by October. If you are unsure of your availability by November you are more than welcome to come and celebrate the week with us, but seating at the ceremony will not be guaranteed.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

You can reach our registry through this website. We have already built a life and home together, so we are asking for contributions to experiences to make our Vegas wedding more memorable!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue has requested guests arrive 20 minutes prior to the ceremony. So grab your to-go cocktail and head to the venue early to find your seats and snaps some pictures of our big day. Don't forget #LegallyLeyhue and #LeyhueOrBust so we can see your pictures too!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are going out on the town after the ceremony so throw on your walking shoes with you cocktail attire! If you would like to fit in with the wedding party they will be sporting navy, lavender and plum.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

On the travel page, I have listed where we have secured a block of rooms but anywhere on The Strip will be close to us! We chose this hotel for it's balconies, because even vaping is not allowed in most of the hotels and you have to pay for "smoking" rooms. Other hotels that offer balcony views are the Cosmopolitan and Bellagio but they were a little more expensive. Most resorts just off The Strip offer free shuttles to The Strip, you can also use Airbnb to rent nice houses for fairly cheap per night, but you might end up spending more money using LYFT or UBER to get to The Strip.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be providing transportation to the ceremony. However a Lyft from our hotel to the venue is less than $10.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

It is the desert so it is going to be dry and actually fairly warm at 55-60 degrees for the ceremony but it will get down to the 40s at night, so bring a jacket!

Question

Are you having an "Unplugged" ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We have hired professional photographers and you will have access to all the ceremony photos the very next day. Please enjoy the moment with us, technology free! During the reception, please take all the pictures you would like! Don't forget to use our hashtags, #LegallyLeyhue & #LeyhueOrBust on all of your pictures so we can see them too!
