Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please come 20-30 minutes early for a professional photo, grab a pre-ceremony drink and find a seat!

Where is everything held?

Weekend events will be held at Four Waters: 20688 Clarence Gass Road, Avenue, MD 20609

What is the attire?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi formal attire. For women: we suggest below the knee, or ankle length dresses. For men: slacks, blazers, and ties are appropriate-no tuxedos needed. The celebration will be entirely outdoors on grass, with temperatures around 80 degrees during the day and dipping into mid 60s at night, so we recommend opting out of stilettos! Please refrain from wearing white/cream color dresses.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please feel free to take as many photos and videos and upload it to our google photo drive!

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to the venue location, the wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exceptions of our junior bridesmaids who are part of our wedding party.

What is the parking and shuttle situation?

Answer

There will be a shuttle service to and from BOTH Inns to the wedding venue since we will be serving alcohol. There is also plenty of parking on-site, with overnight parking permitted. We want everyone to have a great time and get back safely! Please refer to the "travel" tab for shuttle times.

When should I submit my RSVP?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RVSP to the events as soon as possible. However, the deadline is July 14th. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will mark you as "no". We need to provide the venue and catering with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends! Due to space limitations, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. If your invitiation includes a plus one, their name (or "Guest") will be indicated. Thank you for understanding, and we can't wait to celebrate with you!

What food options are there?

Answer

We will have passed hors d’oeuvres following the ceremony. For dinner, we are doing food stations with an assortment for everyone! If there are any food allergies, please inform the bride and/or groom.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be welcome drinks before the ceremony and wine, beer and an open bar for the evening. We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
