What Time Should I Arrive To The Venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 45 minutes before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM. This will give you plenty of time to park and walk to the ceremony.

As much as we’d love to include everyone, our guest list is limited. Please refer to your invitation to see if a plus-one has been extended.

The dress code is Western formal in all black. Gents, think classic black with a touch of cowboy. Ladies, please wear black floor-length dresses. Hats and boots are encouraged to complete the look!

We kindly ask that you put away your phones and cameras during the ceremony. We want you to be fully present with us in the moment, and we promise to share the professional photos afterward!

The wedding will take place on Tristens family ranch in Lyons Colorado. The exact address is XXXX.

Will The Wedding Be Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors at the ranch, with dinner and dancing to follow under a tented reception space. We recommend wearing comfortable and durable shoes suitable for grass and ranch terrain.

When you arrive there will be marked areas on where to park, near the entrance or at the bottom of the hill. Please car pool as much as possible.
