Things To Do

While our venue is in Canton, Boston is one of the greatest (and most walkable!) cities and is just a half-hour drive away. We're sharing recommendations for activities, food and drink in both areas! Happy exploring!

Blue Hills Reservation

695 Hillside Street, Milton, MA 02186

A gorgeous and massive park with views of Boston from the 635-feet-high Great Blue Hill, plus hiking and biking trails. Highly recommend a hike and picnic here!

Trillium - Canton

100 Royall Street, Canton, MA 02021

A taproom with expansive indoor and outdoor space of a Boston-founded craft brewery serving signature IPAs, porters, saisons and other styles

Dotty's Kitchen & Raw Bar

1250 Hancock Street, Quincy, MA 02169

Our favorite bar and restaurant in Quincy, where Vivian is from. Every time we visit Boston, we have to make a trip out here.

Night Shift Brewing - Lovejoy Wharf

1 Lovejoy Wharf, Boston, MA 02114

One of our favorite breweries and home to Eric's all-time favorite pizza: The "Forager" pizza features fontina and Gruyere cheeses, roasted mushrooms, caramelized onions, and goat cheese.

jm Curley

21 Temple Place, Boston, MA 02111

We went on our first date here. Needless to say, things went well.

The Wig Shop

27 Temple Place, Boston, MA 02111

A speakeasy behind a "wig shop" attached to jm Curley. This may have a high wait time, but worth the cool cocktail experience!

Boston Public Garden

Boston, MA 02116

A gorgeous, famous park in central Boston with a lagoon, boat rides, fountains and other sights. It's also a key shoot location for one of our favorite movies "Good Will Hunting." This, along with the neighboring Commons, is a must-see.

Seaport Summer Market

88 Seaport Boulevard, Boston, MA

An open summer market that continues through September and features jewelry, home goods, pet goods, artwork and more. Grab a drink and some food to enjoy a DJ, outdoor games and waterfront views.

Trapology Boston

177 Tremont Street, Boston, MA 02111

We love "escape rooms" and this location did not disappoint. Highly recommend getting a small group together to try a game!

Newbury Street

Newbury Street, Boston, MA

Attention, fashionistas. Notable street with chic boutiques, high-end shopping, cafés and upscale eateries. It's also a gorgeous, tree-lined Back Bay street with 19th-century brownstones.

Faneuil Hall Marketplace

Boston, MA 02109

Shopping center with many stores and restaurants comprising three historic market buildings

Encore Boston Harbor

1 Broadway, Everett, MA 02149

A polished casino hotel featuring nine restaurants and a spa. Dress to impress, and try your hand here, if you're feeling lucky!

Roxy's Arcade

292 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02139

Roxy's Grilled Cheese and Area Four merge at this kitschy food, booze & video-game playground

TD Garden

100 Legends Way, Boston, MA 02114

Home to the Celtics & Bruins as well as large-scale concerts. Catch a game or show!

North End (neighborhood)

Boston, MA

Home to Boston's Italian District and the city's oldest residential community. Along its maze of narrow streets, you'll find shopping and amazing Italian dishes and desserts.

Museum of Fine Arts, Boston

465 Huntington Avenue, Boston, MA 02115

Vivian's favorite museum. It boasts massive and stunning collections of everything from Vietnamese ceramics, to ancient Egyptian mummies, Korean decorative art, African and Oceanic art, contemporary American paintings and sculptures and so much more. Remember to check out its beautiful gift shop on your way out!

Cambridge (neighborhood)

Cambridge, MA

Home to Massachusetts most prestigious universities, Cambridge is a mix of historical haunts, student hangouts, alternative art and culture venues, vintage clothing shops, bookstores, multicultural restaurants and more.

New England Aquarium

1 Central Wharf, Boston, MA 02110

You'll find an impressive penguin exhibit with a recently opened bar. A giant glass tank spiraled by a multilevel walkway is the main draw at this waterfront attraction.

Charles River Esplanade

Storrow Drive, Boston, MA 02116

This green space along the river offers a walking/jogging path, beer garden, various events, and stunning views of Boston and Cambridge.
