When possible, we love to go out into nature and go hiking or camping with friends! We are lucky to have the Shenandoah Mountains right next door in Virginia.

Mike often had to travel out of town for work for a few months at a time. But that didn't keep us apart for long. This time in Roanoke, VA.

Mike played baseball in college. During Mike's senior year, we both met at one of his baseball team's parties, and the rest was history.

Mike proposed to me at the Palace of Versailles in France in 2016. It had been raining all morning, but the sun came out just long enough for him to pop the question!

Despite his best efforts, Mike gets sunburnt wherever we go. But we had a great time on this cruise that we took after Mike graduated!

When Mike had to go to Boston for work in 2016, I came to visit and we went to Nantucket. We rode bikes and explored the beautiful island, its lighthouses, and beaches.
