Where should I stay?

Answer

The venue is at Parkside Resort, you are welcome to find lodging there or elsewhere in Pigeon Forge/ Gatlinburg area.

How do I get to the wedding on the day of?

Answer

The venue should have plenty of parking you can drive up to the venue!

What should I wear?

Answer

The suggested attire is semi-formal. But this is a small mountain wedding so please wear whatever you are comfortable with. Please keep in mind there may be snow or ice on the ground when choosing your shoes. Cowboy boots encouraged 😉

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Please don’t bring anyone not included on your invitation, this is a very small mountain wedding with limited space. Additional guests are welcome to join virtually.

Can I bring my baby/child?

All babies under two are welcome. Please don’t bring anyone not included on your invitation. This is a small mountain wedding with limited space. Additional guests are welcome to join virtually.

Can I take pictures with my phone or camera?

Answer

No ☺️ Ruby and James have hired a wonderful photographer ( CH Photography) and videographer (LG videography) and invite you to be fully present at the wedding. If you are seen taking photos or videos, you will be invited by the wedding coordinator to celebrate virtually only.

Can you accommodate my specific diet?

Answer

Gluten free/ vegan/ allergies can be accommodated. Please let James or Ruby know if you have specific dietary needs.

What if I want to join virtually?

Answer

There will be a link on the home page to watch the wedding ceremony live. If you plan to join virtually please RSVP “not attending” on the website.

No. However, we will have an open bar with beer and wine available!
