When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on our wedding website on or before March 14, 2025

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is black tie optional. We truly mean the "optional". If you have a tux or formal dress and you've been looking for an excuse to wear it, please do! If you don't own black tie clothes (and don't want to own them), please feel free to wear a suit, non-floor length dress, or other appropriate options. For the welcome drinks and brunch, the dress code is casual. The bridal party and families will be in casual dresses, pants and polo/button down shirts, and things of that nature, but please feel free to come as you are - especially if you're heading to or from the airport!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony space by 4:00pm. We will have a lovely string quartet performing before the ceremony begins at 4:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking (valet and self-park) at the Carolina Inn; however, it can be limited given the small size and the age of the Inn. If you are staying nearby (especially on Franklin Street), we recommend either walking or Ubering to the venue if possible.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! If your invitation included your family, children are certainly invited and we're excited to have them! However, if you opt to leave the children at home, we won't hold that against you either!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner service will be "stations" style and all food items will be labeled with common allergens. However, if you have a specific dietary need or less common allergen, please let us know and we're happy to make requests from our catering team.
