Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

When you RSVP, if a "Plus One" has been added, then Yes (we knew that was a possibility)! If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

If your invitation says "The (blank) Family, then Yes! If not, we hope you'll enjoy some time for just the two of you!

What type of weather should I expect?

Answer

June in Maine could mean hot and humid or cool and rainy. The ceremony will be outside as long as it isn't raining. The reception will be in an open barn regardless of the weather. Being prepared with an extra layer might be a good idea especially as the sun sets and the air cools.

Is there summer traffic in Maine?

Answer

Mid-June marks the beginning of vacation season in Maine. It is normal to experience a long wait in traffic on Friday evenings and Saturday mornings as you enter the state. Please keep this in mind if you arrive Saturday. You will need additional time for travel due to Maine being a popular summer destination.
