The venue only allows for 25 parking spots. The 25 spots will be reserved for vendors and wedding helpers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. In an effort to have parking run as smoothly as possible, there will be folks providing van shuttle service from a nearby public gym parking lot, which is about 4 minutes from the venue. We highly recommend that guests carpool and/or utilize rideshare services (Uber, Lyft, etc.). If carpooling, we recommend that the driver drops guests off at the venue, and then parks the car at the gym, from which they will then be shuttled to the venue. If you require specific parking accommodations, please reach out to Leecia. Please arrive early if you plan to utilize shuttle service. The LAST SHUTTLE will run at 2:55pm. Dress code is semi-formal for our event. For ladies, plan for midi/full length dresses or a nice jumpsuit. Plan to also bring a sweater or jacket, as it is forecasted to rain this weekend. For men, a suit or a nice button down shirt with slacks will look great. Think fall colors!
While we love everyone's kiddos, our venue space is very limited. For this reason, we respectfully request that alternative childcare arrangements are made for any children that are not explicitly listed on the invitation. If there are specific circumstances that would require an exception be made, please reach out to Leecia to discuss further options.
Due to the limited amount of space available at the venue, we respectfully request that only those explicitly listed on the invitation are in attendance. Your invitation will either list your guest's name or show "and guest", if applicable.
Our ceremony will start at 3:00pm. Please plan to arrive about 15 minutes before, so that you have plenty of time to navigate parking, sign the guest book, and find a seat. If you are parking at the gym and shuttling to venue, plan to arrive at the gym around 2:30pm.
During the ceremony, we respectfully request no photos, and ask that phones are kept on silent and put away. We have a wonderful photographer who will be taking photos throughout the event, and these will be available to view at a later time. During the reception, please take all the photos you would like, especially in front of our "Better Together" photo booth! We are so excited to see all the smiles and fun memories made during our special day.
During cocktail hour, charcuterie options will be available. For dinner, we will be having a taco cart for catering services. There will be four different protein options, one being a vegetarian choice. We hope everyone will find something tasty to enjoy!
