It was a very tired but sunny and unusually warm October Wednesday. I vaguely recall the day prior Zach asking if we wanted to go for a walk the next day. That morning he asked if I wanted to go walking with the dogs at the park and I did say yes. Side note… we always go walking at Fireman’s Park literally around the corner from us. So I had on sweats and flip flops. Thennnnn I saw him grab his truck keys and I was like eh what are you doing. Oh oops he wanted to go to Chestnut Ridge Park 😑 didn’t I remember? Nope can’t say I did was very tired. Sigh so I grabbed different clothes and sneakers. We got there and it was gorgeous. He did tell me after that he had a spot all picked out but we got interrupted by a very angry dog lady and then a bunch of cars. It wasn’t until on the way back that I did see him bend down but me being me thought oh no did Mochi poop on the walkway??? And then I saw he was on his knees with my BEAUTIFUL ring. 😊😊😊 you all know the rest!
