What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30pm and 3:45pm MT to allow ample time for parking and getting seated before the procession begins at 4:00pm.

Is there parking at the ceremony location?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking available in the West pasture. Please follow the signs.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony.

Is there transpotation to the venue?

Answer

Complimentary Transportation: For the safety of everyone, if you're planning to drink at the wedding, we kindly ask that you avoid driving home. Please make arrangements to park at the hotels listed below and take Eight Black Transportation to the venue. After the event, you can take Eight Black back to the hotel or drive home at your discretion. However, if you choose to drive, please be aware that it will be at your own risk, and we cannot be held liable. Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Overnight parking is allowed in the West pasture. You will be responsible for any damages or lost items. Please be sure to retrieve your vehicle no later than 12:00pm the following day.

Can I bring a plus one?

To ensure we can accommodate all guests comfortably, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding. You'll find details about your party size, including whether it includes a plus one when you rsvp. We truly appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is semi-formal. Please dress comfortably for warm weather, as temperatures are expected to be quite hot. We want you to stay cool and enjoy the event! Dress your best! :)
