What is the COVID-19 plan?

Answer

Masks will be REQUIRED at all times except while actively eating. This includes masks on the dance floor and to and from the bar and bathrooms. Safety is our priority, our 5-acre venue offers guests multiple areas for safe social distancing. Upon arrival all of our guests will be temperature scanned. Anyone with a temperature above the CDC guidelines will be respectfully turned away from attending the event. All guest will be required to wear a mask and sanitizers will be available at all stations. A venue staff member is tasked with rounding the property, spraying all doorknobs and guest areas with disinfectant throughout the evening. We hope to share our special day with you while remaining safe.

We would love to see your ceremony. Will you be streaming it?

Answer

YES!! We understand that many of our friends and family won’t be present with us here in Florida so we have decided to stream the ceremony via Zoom! Dress up in your best jammies, get some champagne and take out and “join” us in a celebration from the comfort and safety of your home! How is the March weather in Florida?

Answer

The Sunshine State boasts high temperatures around 79 degrees with its lows around 50 degrees in March. Bring some layers so you are comfortable from daytime to nighttime.

How do we get to the wedding? Is there parking?

Answer

It is about 30 minutes from the Disney area to the Hidden Barn so we recommend renting a car as Lyft and Uber won’t be readily available. And there is plenty of free parking at the Hidden Barn!

I have an allergy or a dietary restriction. Can you accommodate?

Answer

Yes! With your RSVP, just let us know what allergy or restrictions you have so we can alert our caterer.
