Question

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Yes and No. Please refrain from taking pictures/videos during the ceremony as we have booked an amazing photographer to get the best possible shots without interference. On the other hand, during the reception we will have a photo booth available for guests to use and we would love for you to capture moments of celebration however, please be mindful of the photographers doing the same.

Can I post wedding pictures on social media?

Answer

Please feel free to post memorable moments of yourself on your socials, however, please be courteous of the bride and groom and ask for their permission for pictures of them to be posted.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! We will be having a Stock the Bar Party on Sept. 19th (invite to come!) to make sure our wedding bar is open for the celebration. It is "free", however we ask that you drink responsibly and make sure you get home or to your hotel safely.

What type of food will you be serving at the wedding?

Answer

We will be having Barbecue and a late night snack will be provided. *Please be sure to notify us of any dietary restrictions/allergies so we can accommodate.*

What if have a food/allergy/dietary restriction?

Answer

There will be an area on the RSVP so we can take this into account. The caterer that we have booked does offer a vegetarian option. Please let us know in a timely manner, they do not allow outside food into the venue.

What is the RSVP deadline date?

Answer

Please RSVP by October 30th, 2026 Official guest count will be submitted at this time to all vendors.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 5pm, please take your seats at 4:45pm. If you arrive late, please remain at the reception hall for cocktail hour.

What if I did not comfirm my RSVP, but I still came?

Answer

Glad you could come! But seriously, don't do this. We have a set guest amount that we coordinate with our vendors. If plans change, contact the bride and groom regarding the situation.

Are kids invited?

Answer

No, the only children that will be at the wedding are the two flower girls.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Yes, however we are limiting it to spouse's and long term partners. If you are going to bring one, please let us know so we can accommodate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we ask that all guest dress semi-formal. No need for tuxedos or ball gowns, but we'd love to see everyone in their best outfits!

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

No, we do not have one. However, there are many hotels and a number of AirBnb's close to the venue.
