Welcome Event

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.

We will be at Bambei Brewing from 5-8pm. Feel free to stop by, say hello, and mingle. We have reserved the patio and will provide some sharable food items.

Royal Arch Hike

9:00 am - 2:00 pm

Athletic gear, plenty of water, and hiking shoes.

Get up close and personal with the incredible rock formations that have come to characterize the city of Boulder. For those attending the hike tomorrow, here is the (change of) plan: *If you are staying in the Limelight Hotel, ask about the free shuttle service to the trailhead- It is within their 2-mile radius of their service. We have decided to change the hike to a more mild option... The trailhead is the same, but we will do the Flatiron Loop, NOT the Royal Arch. Meet in the Chautauqua lower parking lot at 9:00am. We will wait until 9:15, then go up to the Bluebell Shelter, and wait until 9:45 before starting the Flatirons Loop trail (not the Royal Arch).

Ceremony & Reception

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Cocktail & Garden Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and suit jackets and slacks. The wedding & reception is outdoors at a private property, so heels are not advised.

There will be beer & wine before the ceremony (which will be short). More drinks, food, and dancing to follow. There is a free shuttle from Limelight to the venue one shuttle will leave at 3:50pm and another at 4:25. Shuttles will return to the Limelight hotel at 10:10 & 10:45.

Farewell Brunch

10:00 am - 1:00 pm

Casual Attire: Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees. Bring (or wear) your swimwear if you want to use the heated pool!

There will be a brunch-style buffet. Drinks can be ordered from the bar and there is direct access to the heated roof-top pool.
