Our ceremony and reception will conveniently take place all at one location and be indoors at The Vale in Conroe, TX. The address for our venue is 200 E Phillips St, Conroe, TX 77301

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We kindly ask that guests arrive by 5:00 pm.

Will there be parking available?
Answer
Complimentary parking will be available directly across the street from the venue. Parking signage and friendly attendants will be on-site to guide you and ensure a smooth arrival.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We request that all guests attend in Black Tie attire for our wedding celebration. For Women: Floor-length evening gowns or formal dresses in elegant fabrics. Chic pantsuits are also welcome. For Men: A tuxedo, with a black bow tie, dress shoes, and a formal dress shirt. Stylish suits are also welcome. Please no boots, sneakers/tennis shoes, sandals/flip flops/slides, jeans, jean jackets, shorts, hats, hoodies, or sweaters.

Is the dress code mandatory?

Yes, the dress code is mandatory for all attending the wedding. To maintain the elegance of our Old Hollywood, black-tie affair, we ask all guests to plan their attire accordingly, prior to attending our wedding celebration. If you have any questions about the attire, please don’t hesitate to text (854) 220-0439. We truly appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to celebrate in style with you!

Do you have a wedding block at a local hotel(s)?

We have set up a room block for our guests at the Hyatt Regency Conroe. Please book your room using the link and group reservation code below. Reservation Link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/IAHRC/G-EMLE Group Reservation Code: G-EMLE Be sure to change the dates to the correct group arrival and departure dates: Sunday, November 16, 2025 - Tuesday, November 18, 2025 to be able to book a room. Please book your room by October 30th for our discounted hotel rate.

Are kids allowed at the event?
Answer
Adults - Only Celebration: We love your little ones, but our wedding will be a 21+ event. We kindly ask that you make arrangements for the evening and join us for a night of celebration, elegance, and fun!

Am I allowed a plus one?
Answer
While we would love to celebrate with everyone, we have limited our invite list to our closest loved ones, family, and friends. A plus one will be designated on your RSVP page if you have one.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?
Answer
We've worked with our caterer to accommodate common dietary needs, including vegan, gluten-free, and nut-free options. If you have a food allergy or special request, please let us know by indicating it in the RSVP form.

When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by October 6th. Due to venue and catering requirements, we kindly ask that all responses be submitted by this date. Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate changes or additions after the deadline.
