Having issues RSVPing?

Answer

Just type in your surname and press search and you should find your name. You should then be able to continue and RTSVP correctly. Still having issues? Reach out to Ashley or Lee and we will take care of it

What time does it start?

Answer

We recommend aiming for 4:30pm arrival. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm, so give yourself enough time to park and find you way to your seats.

Can I request a vegan or gluten free meal?

Answer

Yes, the chef can accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have as long as you give us 4 weeks advance notice.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes; this is a kid friendly event. We will offer a supervised area for the children to play or nap throughout the evening. They are welcome to join the cocktail hour, dinner, and reception, the ceremony, however, is adults only.

What are the options for kid's meals?

Answer

Kid's meals are available for kids under 10 years old. The meal includes salad, chicken nuggets, mac and cheese, and fruit. Alternatively, kids may also be served the same meal as the adults, but half portion size.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

In addition to the parking lot, there is legal parking in front of the Christmas house on Archibald Avenue. For our guests who will be staying in the Ayres Suites, there is a free shuttle to and from the Christmas House.
