Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 1st. If you are having trouble RSVPing on the website, please let either Andrew or Alison know.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin at 5:30pm at Valley of the Eagles located in Elyria, OH. Please plan to arrive between 5:00pm and 5:15pm. Cocktail hour will follow immediately after the ceremony. The reception will begin at 7:00pm and end at 11:00pm. It is about a 15 minute drive (depending on traffic and route) from the hotel in Avon.

Is there a dress code?

Cocktail Attire.

Are kids welcome?

We kindly request this be an adult-only wedding. Thank you for understanding!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle from the Residence Inn Cleveland Avon at the Emerald Event Center and Valley of the Eagles. We will update shuttle times when it is closer to the wedding day.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoor?

Answer

As much as we would LOVE for the ceremony to be outside, it is April in Ohio, and unless it is an atypical day and very warm, it will be inside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be inside.
