Adam and Lauren's story began in high school, where they first crossed paths when Adam was a football player, and Lauren was the cheerleader who had to make his senior poster. Lauren thought Adam was cute, but never imagined he noticed her. To her surprise, he felt the same way. Their connection started when Adam liked one of Lauren’s posts on Facebook, prompting a mutual friend to set them up on their first date on January 6, 2015. A few weeks later, on February 17, 2015, they made things official over endless breadsticks at Olive Garden. From there, they became each other’s support system through the ups and downs of high school life. After graduation, they both went off to college on separate campuses but kept their relationship strong through phone calls and weekend visits. Their now lifelong friends from Westfield helped them stay close during this time. After college, Adam joined the military, and they faced the challenges of long distance, which only deepened their appreciation for the time they spent together. Their first apartment was above Lauren’s parents’ donut shop, where they created countless memories. They later moved to Connecticut for a year before settling in the suburbs outside Boston, where they built a life together, attending Bruins games and taking on new adventures. Through the years, they experienced many milestones: their first apartment, first adult jobs, moving out of state, and becoming dog parents to their lovable pup, Miss Ellie, and travel to many new places. Now, as they prepare for the next chapter of their lives, Adam, Lauren, and Ellie are excited to celebrate their love and all the adventures that lie ahead.
