We would love for our guests to join us in Formal Attire. For men, this means a suit and tie (or a tuxedo if you're feeling fancy!). For women, a floor-length gown or a very dressy cocktail dress is perfect. Most importantly, we want you to be comfortable! If those heels are going to hurt by 9:00 PM, please feel free to bring a change of shoes or opt for a stylish flat. We want to see you on the dance floor! Please reserve whites and light colors for the bride.
While we cannot predict the weather, we are expecting mild to warm spring weather with high temps in the mid-60s and low temps in the 40s. The ceremony and reception will be heated or cooled to ensure everyone is comfortable and the cocktail hour has space heaters if necessary.
The ceremony is located in The Collins Clocktower building located around the block from the reception space, The Collins Off Main. It is a 0.2 mile walk up a slight hill to get from the ceremony to reception space. There is parking at both locations so you could also drive if necessary. If you are concerned about accessibility please reach out to the bride or groom.
Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. The cocktail hour is located in an indoor/outdoor space with a large tent. The cocktail hour space will be open during the reception.
The ceremony will start promptly at 3:30. Please plan to arrive and get seated 10-20 min prior.
Guests can park in any public space in the city of Chelsea for free. The venue has informed us that the city does not enforce their "3-hour limit" signs so you can park the duration of the event or overnight if needed without worrying about getting a ticket. There is parking at both the ceremony and reception space with both locations being walkable. If you require a reserved space close to the buildings due to accessibility please inform the bride or groom.
They are not consistent or reliable; however, you may get lucky scheduling in advance. Alternatively, there is a WAVE Shuttle from downtown Chelsea that runs on a $20 flat rate per ride from 8pm-1am within a 7-mile radius. This would be a great transportation option for those staying at the Baymont hotel. Download the Ride Pingo App to schedule.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.
Kindly respond right here on our website prior to March 15th so we can make our final plans for the celebration.
Yes, both locations are wheelchair accessible. Please reach out to the bride or groom and we will make sure the venue is prepared to help with any accessibility needs in advance.
After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving small bites accompanied by an open bar. We invite you to toast to our nuptials with a curated selection of wine, beer and our signature cocktails.
Yes! We will be serving a full dinner buffet with vegetarian and gluten-free options available.
We are currently working on securing transportation from the Hampton Inn-South and will be updating this with confirmation soon.
Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area, including coffee shops, stores and restaurants to visit before or after the wedding.
Please reach out to the bride or groom for further inquiries.
