Transportation Guidance
Guests will need to drive from the recommended hotels to the church, which is in Georgetown. Limited on-street parking is available, but additional parking is usually available at Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School, located at 35th and Volta Streets, NW. The bride and groom recommend guests pay for weekend parking at their hotel and drive to/from the church. For our guests that are not coming by car, Washington, DC, is a big city serviced by most major ride share apps (e.g., Uber, Lyft). Taxis are also available. The recommended hotels are located downtown--only an eight minute walk from the Larz Anderson House. Guests are encouraged to walk to the reception.
