As soon as possible! With it being a holiday weekend; we suggest giving plenty of time to secure needed and wanted amenities. We do have a hotel block reserved for our guests at the summit hotel, which can be found under tab Travel, you can follow the link and book!
The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear dresses or pant suits, and the gentlemen should wear a suit or sports coat and slacks. Please wear what makes you feel fabulous, our only request is you don’t wear white!
We are thrilled about our wedding, and we hope you can attend! Because we have a combined household, we have more than enough stuff. So, instead of a traditional wedding registry, we have decided to establish a honeymoon fund. Contributing to our Honeyfund will help pay for our honeymoon, yet you can also give us heartfelt gifts but please do not feel obligated. Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all!
The gen
Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors. If on the chance we do have rain on our day it will still be held outdoors on a tented concert pad.
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures on site for about an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception area where there will be finger foods and beverages.
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no”, so we can plan accordingly.
If you will not be traveling on the shuttle bus, we recommend that you arrive at 5 PM, as the ceremony is just start at 5:30, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
There is no fee for parking! There will be an on site venue coordinator or signs to direct to parking.

Our ceremony will be unplugged, we invite you to be fully present. We will happily share the photos that are captured today with you. As for the reception, yes! We encourage guests to post pictures on their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding # So we can keep track of all of your pictures!
