How prepared is this event going to be for COVID?

Answer

We don’t anticipate this event to be a super spreader since our venue has been practicing all of the necessary precautions to make sure current weddings are strictly following all rules and guidelines. We have significantly reduced our headcount and our venue is a large enough space to accommodate to social distancing guidelines. We will be limiting the number of guests per table and spacing everyone out as much as we can. We can’t predict what could happen but please be responsible for the sake of family and friends attending.

How can we best prepare to keep everyone safe?

Answer

Please keep your masks on as much as you can. We will provide sanitation stations for you to use throughout the evening. If you think you have been exposed, please decline from attending. If you plan on traveling by flying in, please take all of the recommended, necessary steps. We may consider requiring guests to take a COVID test before and after the event for extra precautions. For out of town guests who are flying: if at all possible, please consider coming a few weeks before the date to quarantine and ensure maximum safety for others.

What happens if I can't attend?

Answer

We will still love you and completely understand that this can be considered a risky event. Just know that we'll be missing you during this special event. If you are unable to attend or elect to opt out, our only request is to please let us know far in advance.

Can I please bring a plus one?

Answer

Our guest list has shortened due the concerns we have with our elderly relatives. We would prefer to keep our wedding intimate and safe for our friends and family.

Are children allowed at the ceremony / reception?

Answer

Please leave the kids at home! We want to have your undivided attention throughout the night! There will be plenty of opportunities to spend time with the little ones during other events throughout the year.

What should I wear?

Answer

Black tie is optional and we recommend cocktail attire. Comfortable shoes are a must as our wedding venue is large, grassy, and outdoors. Don't forget to bring a mask and a warm coat for the evening!
