When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by July 1.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses (no white dresses please). In case helpful to note, the bridal party will be wearing a shade of purple similar to lilac.

We will be having an adults-only wedding.

What should I do if I have a food allergy/dietary restriction?

Answer

Please reach out to Keith or Steph at least two weeks prior to the wedding to let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions for the dinner.

Is there parking/a shuttle?

Answer

Yes, there is parking available on site. We will also be providing a shuttle service from the hotel to the venue (leaving the hotel promptly at 3:40pm) and back (boarding from the venue at 11:15pm). The shuttle will leave the hotel at 3:40pm sharp and drop off at 11:20pm.

How do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

We will provide a shuttle to the venue from the hotel and back at the end of the night. Alternatively, if you don't plan on enjoying the open bar and would like to drive, there is parking on site. The hotel is only about a 10-15 minute drive from the venue, so Ubers should also be an option.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Please plan on arriving to the ceremony promptly by 4pm.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

During the ceremony, we request everyone's phones to be put away. We have amazing photographers that will capture every moment, and we do not want people's phones held up in our professional pictures. The rest of the night, take ALL the pictures! We will even have a QR code that you can use to send us all of the pictures you take! Also please utilize the photobooth as well!
